Resource List

In order to be on the GVR HOA Resource List, a contractor must meet the following criteria:

1. Certificate of Liability insurance with a minimum of $1M in Liability Coverage

2. Certificate of Automobile Insurance with a minimum of $1M in Liability Coverage

3. Certificate of Workers' Compensation Insurance. If the vendor is a Sole Proprietor, they must provide a notarized documentation that they do not have employees.

4. Better Business Bureau rating of B or higher

5. Certificate of Good Standing from the Colorado Secretary of State 

6. Three (3) references
