Financial audits are performed annually. Audits are based upon the financial statements of the Association as of December 31 each year. Audits are performed by a Certified Public Accountant.

COMMUNITY GARAGE SALE!!!
The GVR HOA Community Garage Sale will be on June 8th & 9th. If you are going to participate, send an e-mail to: garagesale@gvrhoa.com. Homes who let us know they are participating will be included on a map that buyers can find on the website or at our office.
Addresses must be submitted no later than 5pm on Wednesday, June 6th.
