Contractor Resource List
In order to be on the GVR HOA Resource List, a contractor must meet the following criteria:

Certificate of Liability insurance with a minimum of $1M in Liability Coverage

Certificate of Automobile Insurance with a minimum of $1M in Liability Coverage.

Certificate of Workers’ Compensation Insurance. If the vendor is a Sole Proprietor, they must provide notarized documentation that they do not have employees.

Better Business Bureau rating of B or higher

Certificate of Good Standing from the Colorado Secretary of State
-
Three (3) references

COMMUNITY GARAGE SALE!!!
The GVR HOA Community Garage Sale will be on June 8th & 9th. If you are going to participate, send an e-mail to: garagesale@gvrhoa.com. Homes who let us know they are participating will be included on a map that buyers can find on the website or at our office. Addresses must be submitted no later than 5pm on Wednesday, June 6th.
