The legal name of the Association & common interest community is the Master Homeowners Association for Green Valley Ranch. 2. The name of the designated agent is the GVR Metropolitan District
3. The physical address and telephone number for the Association and designated agent are the same for both entities. 4. The initial date of recording for the Master Declaration is October 30, 1984, and the Reception number is 036050. 5. The Association's fiscal year starts January 1. 6. The Association's operating budget for 2012 can be found here. 7. The Association's assessments are currently collected through property taxes, on the GVR Metropolitan District line item. On the 2011 and 2012 tax statements, 2.048 mills of the GVR Metropolitan District tax is collected on behalf of the Association, which equates to roughly $16 for every $100,00 value of a home. 8.
